Registration Information - The Shoshone Medical Center Charity Golf classic is open to ALL golfers. - Golfers under 18 years old must be on a pre-assigned team. - You may register as an individual or as a team of up to 4 golfers. - Individuals will be placed on a team on the day of the event.
- Carts are not included, call (208) 682-2013 to reserve carts. - Cost $40/player before Aug. 31 2010, $60/player beginning Sept. 1, 2010. - Contact the foundation office at (208) 784-7017 ext. 556 for additional information.
Sponsorship Opportunities Sponsorship Opportunities are available at the following levels: - $5,000 Albatross Sponsorship - A title sponsorship with exclusive sign recognition (with logo if provided) placed on HOLE #1, prominent signage at the registration desk, plus a 4 person TEAM SPONSORSHIP with two golf carts. - $2,500 Eagle Sponsorship - A title sponsorship with exclusive sign recognition (with logo if provided) placed on the HOLE OF YOUR CHOICE, prominent signage at the registration desk, plus a 4 person TEAM SPONSORSHIP with one golf cart. - $1,000 Birdie Sponsorship - A title sponsorship with exclusive sign recognition (with logo if provided) placed on the HOLE OF YOUR CHOICE, prominent signage at the registration desk, plus a 4 person TEAM SPONSORSHIP. - $500 Par Sponsorship - A sponsorship with large sign recognition (with logo if provided) placed on your choice of a tee box or a green. - $100 Bogey Sponsorship - A sponsorship with sign recognition placed on one of the holes. - $50 Double Bogey - cash or door prize item(s).
